Many organisations run surveys to understand the view of people affected by cancer. We have listed some surveys which you can participate in. The information you give will often help formulate government thinking and policy, help pharmaceutical companies find out more about symptoms and side effects or help with a research project.
These are not our surveys so we have no control over the questions asked.
Don’t Get Scared - Get Checked
Have you survived breast, bowel or lung cancer? If so, we would really like to hear about your experience and views on cancer as part of the Scottish Government's Detect Cancer Early initiative. The campaign aims to save 300 lives by 2016 by helping people to spot the signs and symptoms of the disease as early as possible, and to encourage them to visit their GP if they have any concerns. We would be very grateful if you could complete the following survey click here.
The results will be completely anonymous and will not identify individuals. Responses will be compiled and used for media purposes to help spread awareness of the campaign and encourage Scots to check for signs of cancer and to seek help if they're worried.
