Battle of the Bands returned on Thursday 21st April with a bang! Enigami, Steve Grozier and Cochlea were the 3 bands who took to the big stage to entertain our 400 guests and attempt to secure the coveted title of the winners and take home the trophy and recording time at Gorbals Sound studio.

Our celebrity judging panel which included Del Amitri’s Bryan Tolland, BBC weather presenter Judith Ralston, Actor Sanjeev Kohli and BBC newsreader Sally McNair, were on hand to help decide who the winning band were. It was a fantastic night of music and entertainment and in the end Cochlea were crowned as the winners!

The night was a huge success not only receiving rave reviews but also raising over £28K for our support services. We would like to say a huge thank you to the organising committee, led by John Dalby, who have been tirelessly working on this huge event to ensure that it was the best yet. We would also like to thank all our guests for joining us, our judges and hosts, our volunteers who helped on the night and all the donors who helped us create a fantastic auction, raffle and silent auction.
