Moscow to Houston Cycle
Sunday 21 August 2016
Moscow to Houston cycle ride is now entering its 3rd year! This 35 mile ride from Ayrshire to Renfrewshire takes in the lovely views of the surrounding countryside from Ayrshire, heading into Glasgow passing some of our city's iconic landmarks.
We’ll be starting in ‘waves’ with the first one from 9.15am and the second one at 9.30am in Moscow, Ayrshire at James Wilson & Co. The first stop off point is at Wholefoods in Giffnock, where there will be snacks and refreshments. Then we'll have a second stop off point at our Cancer Support Scotland Centre on the Gartnavel campus. The finish line is at the Houston Inn in Renfrewshire where cyclists will be treated to a burger and a drink! Well...you deserve it!!
Most of the journey is on cycle paths and it’s a good mix of terrain so it’s a really great ride for all cycling abilities. This is one of our most popular events of the year, so get booking!
