Stress management looks at ways of reducing stress and ways of coping to create a better balance in our lives, creating a more positive attitude through self-help coping skills.

A consultation will take place, looking at the stressors in your life and your coping ability; explain what stress is and how it affects your well-being. It will look at ways of helping you to self-help to reduce stress and looking at coping skills to rebalance your life e.g. breathing exercise, relaxation, visualisation, meditation, gentle exercise, positive thought and attitude.
